How to claim our Products

1. Address for shipping products for repair

*** Customers from other provinces can send via private transport anywhere that has a tracking number, except NTC ***

2. Shipping costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for sending the product for repair. As for returning the product, the company will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning it.

3. Sending products to receive service

1. Clearly state the name and address of the sender (customer) along with a direct contact phone number.

2. Inform of the product damage.

3. Asus products (Mainboard / Graphic Card) send only the product.

4. Corsair, Asus, Lian-Li products (Power Supply / Cooling System / Case / Headset / Mouse / Memory) send the complete set of accessories.

5. Inform of your intention to upgrade or change the model.

4. Contact to request a return or inquire about the status of the product

1. Customers from other provinces... If no staff contacts you within 15 days, please call to inquire immediately.

2. Customers who deliver the product by themselves, please contact to request a return within 90 days from the date specified on the product repair receipt. If the deadline is passed, the company will assume that you have waived your right to own the product.*** You cannot claim for damages or compensation in the event that the deadline has passed.

For the most part, for customers from other provinces, if the product is damaged under the warranty conditions, the company will immediately send a replacement product back. In the event that there is a product, but it is not under the warranty conditions and needs to be sent for repair, an officer will contact you to inform you of the status of the product.

*** For customers who send the product for repair by themselves, if the product is damaged under the warranty conditions, the company will immediately send a replacement product back. In the event that there is a product, but it is not under the warranty conditions and needs to be sent for repair, an officer will call you to come and pick up your product (therefore, the phone number provided is very important. If the company cannot contact you, you will lose the opportunity to receive your product back).

5. Additional 1-year warranty: for internet shops, contact Gigabyte Thailand directly for the part after 3 years. However, within the 3-year warranty period, contact Scanner Co, ltd

6. Example of Warranty Void of Scanner Company Limited and how to read the warranty period

1. The upper left corner will have the logo of Scanner Company Limited

2. The warranty period will be specified, such as 1 Year, 2 Years, 3 Years, 5 Years, 7 Years or Life Time

3. The company will start from the month of sale, such as S 09-2013 / S is Start, starting from September 2013 until the end of the warranty specified above. The warranty void will be attached to the keyboard port or the port on the right corner of the board or the sound port or on the product box.

4. S = Start means start counting. E = End means expired. Therefore, some products will have a void that is E 05-2017, which means expired in May 2017. If it is S 02-2013, it means starting from February 2013 according to the specified warranty period.

7. About the service of Corsair products sold and guaranteed by D Computer

1. Scanner Company Limited provides service only for products under the Corsair brand (KingMax, Kingston, AMD, Galaxy are not related).

2. Provide service for Corsair products sold by D Computer only (Com7, Banana are not related).

3. Scanner does not provide service for other products sold by D Computer, excluding Corsair (Monitor, Hard Disk, Case, CPU of other manufacturers are not related).

4. Every product of D Computer that will be claimed must have a D Computer warranty and must be in perfect condition, not torn or modified.

5. D Computer products that are claimed will receive a refund or a discount on purchasing products from Scanner Company only. They cannot be sent for repair or requested to be returned as the same model because Scanner does not import and sell the same model as D Computer.

6. D Computer products that will be claimed Please bring all the accessories such as extension cables, frame, fan, CPU holder, except the box.

8. For Gigabyte products, both Mainboard and Graphic Card

1. Scanner Company Limited provides services only for Mainboard and Graphic Card products under the Gigabyte brand only (Notebook, Mobile Phone, Tablet, Case, Power Supply, Keyboard, Mouse are not provided)

2. Provides services for Gigabyte products sold by Scanner Co.,Ltd. only (Com7, Synnex, Strek, SVOA are not provided)

9. How do I know that it is a product of Scanner Co., Ltd.? ---> You can see it from the Warranty Void attached to the product label or on the product itself. The Warranty Void will have the Scanner logo as in the example above. If there is no Void, it means that it is not a Scanner product. (The company does not unpack some products, such as DDR Memory, the company has attached a Void on the product packaging label. Therefore, when sending it to claim for service, it is necessary to bring the packaging with you on the day you contact to request service.)

10. If you want to inquire about product claims, please inform

1. Name, surname, province of the person who sent the product for claim

2. Product model name that appears on the product, such as GA-XXX, GV-XXX, GTXXX, CC-XXX, etc.

3. Serial Number of the device, if you have it, please write it down.

11.Refund in case the product is not exchanged and the factory cancels the production line according to the company's terms and conditions.

1. Gigabyte products, products damaged within 30 days, receive a full refund including VAT, pay the company's wholesale price, not the store's or retail price.


2. Gigabyte products, products damaged after 30 days, receive a refund from the usage rate, calculated from the wholesale price...not the store's or retail price.


3. Asus products, products damaged within 7 days, receive a full refund including VAT, pay the company's wholesale price, not the store's or retail price.


4. Asus products, products damaged after 7 days, receive a full refund from the wholesale price, no VAT refund, pay the company's wholesale price, not the store's or retail price.


5. Corsair products, products damaged within 30 days, receive a full refund including VAT, pay the company's wholesale price, not the store's or retail price.


6. Corsair products, products damaged after 30 days, receive a full refund from the wholesale price, no VAT refund, pay the company's wholesale price. Not the selling price from the store or retail

*** Note: Products sent for claim must be returned with all accessories. Otherwise, the company will refuse to provide service because it is a condition from the manufacturer. ***

12. Product Warranty Period

1. The company guarantees the product according to the warranty period specified by the manufacturer, such as 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 5 years, 7 years, 10 years, or Life Time.


2. Counting the days of the warranty For some products, Scanner Co., Ltd. will count the days of the warranty according to the conditions of the product owner or the manufacturer.


3. For some products, the factory is willing to guarantee according to the date of purchase of the customer. Therefore, customers should keep a copy of the receipt in case the warranty of your product with Scanner Co., Ltd. has expired but has not expired from the store where you purchased it.

Note:

The scanner's vowel can be attached to the product or the product box. If the product number is the same as the box, you can read the vowel value as above. If it doesn't match, ask me... If it's on the product, read the vowel value as above as well.

You can send products to claim by any method. It depends on the customer's convenience. It must be a standard shipping service with a tracking number to check. You can track your products, whether it's Thai Post, Kerry, DHL, Fedex, Dpex, except NTC. Please do not send because Scanner does not have staff to receive products at NTC's warehouse.
